Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge if the request is made at least 1 hour before your scheduled booking time.

Late Cancellations & Refund Policy

If you cancel less than 1 hour before your scheduled booking time, the deposit paid at the time of booking will NOT be refunded.

No-shows will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
